Prices

All prices stated on this website include value-added tax and exclude local tax. The local tax is € 2,60 per person and day (children up to age 15 are free) and will be added additionally.

Prices for Rooms & Suites

The 'special offers' are per person - 7 nights for the price of 6. All other prices are per person and night for two people paying in full.
Our daily breakfast buffet and the Cores well-being services are included.

Prices for Apartments

The 'special offers' are per apartment - 7 nights for the price of 6. All other prices are per apartment and night for a maximum of four people.
The Cores well-being services are included.

There is no breakfast included in the apartment prices, however it can be added at any time: 12 € per adult and day and 6 € per child (up to age 14) and day.

Room Categories

We'll gladly accept your room requests, however we cannot guarantee a certain room or floor number.

Dinner

From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm you can enjoy various small dishes from our á la carte menu (no half board available).

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready no later than 2 pm and the apartments will be ready no later than 3 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms or apartments by 10 am on your day of departure.

Accessibility

Free parking in the hotel's own deep-level garage with direct access to the hotel via elevator is available for our guests. Our hotel is wheelchair friendly – all rooms and public spaces are wheelchair accessible. Partly, the showers are also accessible.

Booking Confirmation

After receiving your deposit, the room is automatically firmly booked.

Bread Service

We gladly offer a bread service for our apartment guests.

Breakfast

From 7:30 am to 10 am you can enjoy our comprehensive breakfast buffet, which is included in the room price.
For a small additional fee, our apartment guests can also book the breakfast buffet.

Pets

Dogs are welcome by reservation. We charge an additional 15 € per pet and day, no food included. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining area, on the playground and in the wellness area. We also ask you to keep dogs off the beds and sofas.

Local Tax

The local tax is € 2,60 per person and day - children up to age 15 are free.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel.

Elevator

Our elevator conveniently takes you from the deep-level garage to the top floor.

Smoking

Our Hotel Cores is a non-smoking hotel. We ask you to refrain from smoking in the entire house, except for balconies and the terrace.

Cancellation policy

In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full price according to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry 2006 .

• Up to 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival you can cancel free of charge
• 28 – 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the full room price will be charged
• In the last week prior to the date of arrival, 90% of the full room price will be charged
• Early departure or late arrival will be offset with 100 % of the full room price

We recommend a travel insurance.

Wellness Area

Our wellness areas 'Spa Blu' and 'Spa Bun' are available from 3 pm to 8 pm in the winter and from 6 pm to 9 pm in the summer. On bad weather days in the summer, the wellness area opens at 3 pm. We ask for your understanding that our 'Spa Blu' is only available to guests age 16 and older.

Payment Conditions

You are welcome to settle your bill until 9 pm on the evening before your departure or until 11 am on the day of your departure at the reception. We accept cash as well as EC card, MasterCard or Visa.

Furthermore, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply (AGBH).
